Speaker Bio:

With 20 years in HR functions, Geoff's experience spans public and private sector work with MCAD, an executive compensation consultant with Towers Perrin and an operational executive with one of the largest National staffing firms directing large scale workforce engagements. During the past decade as a P&L manager he has facilitated 1 billion dollars in client expenditures in the human capital markets and overseen the fulfillment of 240,000 positions. He is a Trustee with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeast NY, and a member of SHRM, CRRN and Junior Achievement.
