Mr. Chang built the credit card debt B2C matching engine at LowerMyBills.com prior to its acquisition by Experian Interactive. And most recently, he has served as Director of B2B Engineering at LeadPoint having been a primary driver in the growth of the world's first and largest onlinelead marketplace for connecting consumers to service providers.

Alex's ingenuity has not only changed the face of online marketing but has improved the security of our nation's armed forces. He has previously worked for the US Army in leading the development of the most advanced building access control system in the United States ever seen post-9/11. This system utilized a combination of biometrics with smart cards and are deployed in Department of Defense installations worldwide.
