With 16 years of field experience, Ms. Bonner has spent the past seven and a half years employed by Apple Inc. In her position, she is responsible for designing strategic company programs focused on employee engagement. With a background in employee relations and employment law, she aims to create win-win conflict resolutions. She attributes her success to her desire to continuously learn and her ability to overcome challenges while creating results.

In 1994, Ms. Bonner received a JD and MBA from The Ohio State University. She is affiliated with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She supports many local charities and kiva.org, which provides loans to change lives. In the future Ms. Bonner hopes to establish her own business and to continue supporting giving organizations with her time and resources.
