The owner and president of Trinity Focus Consulting, Ms. Kroop specializes in human resource leadership. Her day-to-day responsibilities include consulting, and conducting workshops and presentations on leadership, management, team building, sales and strategic planning. She earned an Executive Master of Business Administration with a concentration in servant Leadership in 2010 from the Ken Blanchard School of Business at Grand Canyon University, and a master's degree in organizational management in 2004 from the University of Phoenix. In 1996, she earned her bachelor's degree in human resources from Trinity International University. Ms. Kroop is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Institute for Management Consultants and the American Society for Training and Development.
