As General Manager, Michael Fry is tasked with a host of responsibilities including: the oversite of all projects, project managers and superintendents; developing, executing, and overseeing projects from inception through closeout; document management; client public relations; budget monitoring; contract development; the resolution of contract management issues and conflicts: procurement; and forecasting, invoicing and promoting strategic business plans. He previously served as Project Manager at E & V Professional Services, Director of Construction at Sam Moon Trading, and Construction Consultant at US Small Business Administration. He attributes his success to helping others succeed, his character, people management skills and perfectionism.

A member of the Project Management Institute, Inc., Mr. Fry received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Project Management, from DeVry University in 2006. He also attended The Criswell College, and the OSHA Training Institute Southwest Education Center. Outside of work, he enjoys dancing, reading, traveling, and motorcycle riding.
