M. Luiza Coelho began volunteering at E4C after coming to Canada from Brazil


EDMONTON, AB, CANADA, June 29, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- M. Luiza Coelho, Human Resources Manager of E4C, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in management.

With 10 years of professional experience, Ms. Coelho attributes her success to her commitment to change lives for the better and to grow communities. As the human resources manager, she is in charge of employee benefits and policies, job evaluations and performance reviews, training, medical benefits, and vacation and professional development. She is also responsible for planning, forecasting, retention, recruiting, testing, and maintaining personnel records. In addition to E4C, she is working on collaboration and partnership with other non-profits.

Ms. Coelho received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 1999 from the University of Mogi das Cruzes in Brazil. She became a certified human resources professional, and a received her management development certificate, from the University of Alberta. A Canadian management professional, she is a member of the Brazilian Cultural Society of Edmonton and the Seniors Assisted Transportation Society of Greater Edmonton.
