As the Chief Executive Officer of SJW Management Group, Scarlet J. Walker is responsible for consulting on human resource management and personnel development and conducting seminars and workshops on event planning, professional and personal development, career development, management development, employment compliance, resume writing, job search techniques, public speaking and social skills, parenting skills, relationship skills, and financial and debt management. Ms. Walker is a mother of two children and she has raised them while serving the military full-time. She became involved in her profession after joining the army, and she attributes her success to her hard work.

Ms. Walker received her Master's Degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University in 2010 and her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Columbia College in 2002. She is a member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.
