The programme provides opportunities for businesses executives to network with other executives working in their field.

PALM activities are led by instructors from academic institutions with international reputations as well as senior executives from some of the world's top global consulting and financial firms. The faculty includes professors from Columbia Business School, IESE, the London Business School and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Amongst the senior consulting professionals are representatives from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Egon Zehnder International, Ernst & Young and Globecon Group.

PALM is open to both Muslims and non-Muslims and addresses key topics through local case studies on corporate performance management, strategic financial management, leadership assessment and development, competitive strategy and executive decision making.

PALM is only available to members of executive committees, heads of business units and functional areas in companies and senior managers. High-impact, fast-track potential leaders with over ten years' experience of roles with increasing levels of responsibility are also welcomed.

The registration fee for PALM is $10,000, which covers the program fees, 5-star accommodation (full board) 6 gala dinners, medical check-up, field trips, online assessment, books and references and executive coaching. Financial assistance is available from the Young Executive Scholarship.
