Former CFO of First Interstate Financial Joins Underground Elephant Board of Directors
Underground Elephant, announced today that former CFO of First Interstate Financial Services, Travelers Acceptance Corporation and Family Fitness Centers, William Huff, has joined the Underground Elephant Board of Directors.

SAN DIEGO, CA, March 03, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Underground Elephant, San Diego's fastest-growing online marketing company, announced today that former CFO of First Interstate Financial Services, Travelers Acceptance Corporation and Family Fitness Centers, William Huff, has joined the Underground Elephant Board of Directors.

While at First Interstate, William Huff was responsible for the successful registration and funding of $250 million in securitized assets. Mr. Huff also developed systems and procedures that resulted in growth from 30 branches ($120 million in receivables) to 70 branches ($500 million in receivables) in 3 years. He has successfully developed start-ups in the mortgage, finance, equipment leasing, collection agency and real estate development industries.

Mr. Huff offers years of experience and will play a critical role guiding Underground Elephant's financial strategy as it continues to its aggressive growth. Underground Elephant has quickly grown as a leader in Education and Financial lead generation and in Q2 will be launching the insurance vertical.
