T. Scott Galloway joins an esteemed panel of accomplished real estate legal professionals to discuss topics related to the current state of Michigan's real estate market.

Scott Galloway, attorney at the real estate law firm of Galloway and Collens, PLLC, will speak at the Real Property Law Section (RPLS) State Bar of Michigan's 36th annual summer conference, "Finding the Silver Lining: Real Estate Opportunities Arising from the Economic Crisis," from July 20-23 at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa near Traverse City Michigan.

T. Scott Galloway joins an esteemed panel of accomplished real estate legal professionals to discuss topics related to the current state of Michigan's real estate market. Mr. Galloway will present on the topic of "Buying Property as a Short Sale & At Foreclosure Auction."

The conference and Mr. Galloway's presentation provide important information real estate legal professionals need to know in order to advise clients. The topics discussed are timely and relevant for attorneys who are advising clients struggling during these difficult economic times.

T. Scott Galloway has more than fifteen years experience working with lender loss mitigation departments to assist clients with short sales, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and loan modifications. Mr. Galloway is a frequent speaker on these topics for the State Bar of Michigan's Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), bar associations, title companies and realtor groups. He is a three term Council Member for the City of Ferndale, was twice Mayor Pro Tem and has served on the Board of Zoning Appeals, Plan Commission, the Ordinance Committee, Police and Fire Board, Police and Fire Pension Board and the Finance Committee.
