Christy Watts Craver Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Coding Classifications
Mrs. Craver demonstrates her team leadership skills on a daily basis at Kiwi-Tek

LEXINGTON, NC, October 03, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Christy W. Craver, Coding Manager at Kiwi-Tek, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in coding classifications.

As a coding manager at Kiwi-Tek, Mrs. Craver oversees health care coding classifications and ensures that the needs of all clients are addressed and fulfilled. She is an accomplished team leader, regularly supervising teams of more than 40 coders and conducting performance reviews. Her additional responsibilities include managing client invoices and the coder payroll. She became involved in her profession after studying coding in college, and attributes her success to her determination, which has allowed her to overcome and learn from the challenges she has faced over the years.

Mrs. Craver earned a diploma in medical assistance from Davidson County Community College in 2000 and received a certified coder designation in 2007. She is a member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society and the American Health Information Management Association. In the near future, Mrs. Craver plans to continue excelling in a managerial position within the health information technology industry.
