PEABODY, MA, October 17, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dawn O'Neil, Human Resource Manager for Sports Medicine North Orthopaedic Surgery, Inc, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in human resource management.

Truly a people person, after studying management in college Ms. O'Neil worked at a small company and became involved in human resources. She loved the work and decided to make a career out of it. Eleven years later, she is serving Sports Medicine North Orthopaedic Surgery, Inc as its human resource manager. With expertise in employee communications, she interacts with the patients on a daily basis, administrates employee benefit packages, manages the payroll, oversees employee relations, spends time recruiting and interviewing prospective employees, and deals with all personnel issues.

Ms. O'Neil received a master's degree in health care management from Regis University in July 2011. She also holds a bachelor's degree in general business management from Salem State University, She is a member of SHRM, and in the coming years, plans to move into an upper-level management position within the organization.
