With 15 years of professional experience, Ms. Van Bockel McNamara possesses expertise in college administration, human resources and health program management. She utilizes her skills as the dean of allied health at Beckfield College LLC. Her responsibilities in this role include managing all six of the college's allied health programs, supervising the departmental staff and overseeing the department's daily operations. In recognition of her excellence in educational administration, Ms. Van Bockel McNamara was recently distinguished as a VIP of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exemplary commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

Ms. Van Bockel McNamara's success is rooted in a strong educational foundation. In 2007, she earned a master's degree in human resource management and a master's certificate in health sciences management, both from the DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management. She previously attained a bachelor's degree from National American University. In the future, Ms. Van Bockel McNamara plans to earn a doctoral degree and become a human resources director.
