With 13 years of field experience, Ms. Cain serves as the vice president of human resources for Professional HealthCare, LLC. In her position, she is responsible for handling due diligence for mergers and new acquisitions and evaluating systems during company acquisition integration. She also manages a 10-member team, as well as the payroll department, and develops and manages annual budgets for the human resources department and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses. Furthermore, she develops, implements and continually reevaluates corporate Human Resource strategy and programs.

Ms. Cain received a bachelor's degree in political science from Marquette University. A certified senior professional in human resources, she is a member of SHRM. She is also affiliated with the American Payroll Association.
