Stefanie Cesaritti celebrates nearly three years as the director of compensation, benefits and retirement for Exel Canada

She has been in the field of human resources for over 15 years and is an integral part of the management team. Ms. Cesaritti received a Human Resources Management Degree from Humber College. She is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association, Women in Logistics, and CPA and Supply Chain Council. In five years, Ms. Cesaritti plans to move into a more senior position.
