$2100 Scholarship Award Bestowed by The Training Doctor, LLC
The Training Doctor, LLC, a custom instructional design firm, awards graduate school scholarship to training and development professional.

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC, January 12, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Training Doctor, a custom instructional design firm is pleased to announce the award of its Winter 2012 graduate school scholarship to Elmer Castro of Irmo SC.

Castro will be attending Denver University, pursuing a graduate degree in Organization Development. He currently works as a Training Manager for Ready SC, a workforce training division of the South Carolina Community and Technical College system.

Castro says of his goals for implementing what he learns in school: "I want to be a performance improvement catalyst, via the effective use of instructional design and technology practices as well as designing effective evaluation protocols.
